Discount on CEP Compression gear, top tips to get into buggy running and interview with mountain leader Alan Ward
Outside & Active
Greetings from underwater this week, well it's certainly one way to cool down! What a scorcher of a weekend we've just had.

Like much of the country, my children are between isolation which can make it tricky to get outside and enjoy some of this sunshine, so over the last weeks we’ve alternated between kids and enjoyed jumping in the sea, hot bike rides and even hotter runs! If you’re looking to get into buggy running with your little one, read my top tips below.

For the one stuck at home we built stick rafts, tried to make our own kite and for once, wished for a bit more wind so it could fly around our garden.

I’ve got a great interview with mountain leader Alan Ward for you to watch this week, giving you tips on exploring a bit further for your summer staycation as well as a great discount on CEP compression gear, especially suitable if you’re venturing out for further hikes this summer.

Enjoy the issue.
